Optimizing Manoeuver Power Logistics through Mobile Energy Hubs
IDE has been applying its existing technology in Tactical Hybrid Power Systems for Deployable Infrastructure to vehicle platforms with the Hybrid GENAIRCON system, optimizing Logistics for manoeuver forces, while transforming vehicles into Mobile Energy Hubs.
Mr. Theodoros Dionysopoulos has been employed in IDE since 2014. He is a graduate Engineer (MEng Aerospace Engineering) from the University of Bath (UK), holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick (UK) and a Diploma in Energy Projects from the University of Athens (Greece). Since 2002, he has been employed in innovative and knowledge intensive Defence companies (AIRBUS, BAE SYSTEMS, Finmeccanica), accumulating a significant experience in the development and application of new technologies and concepts to address customers’ operational requirements, leading a number of high-profile collaborative programs in Air and Land domains. Through his current position in IDE, he is leading the company’s Hybrid Power Systems business area, responsible for product development, integrated solutions and strategic marketing of IDE’s Hybrid Electric Power Systems (HEPS) product family, which address the requirements for energy sustainability in defence, security and HADR operations. He has co-authored two research papers, published in international scientific reviews.
